Wow, what a day! The 4×4 Tyres pro-team had an absolute blast at the 4×4 Expo yesterday at the Staffordshire Showground. We doubled down on the fun, setting up stands in both the bustling 4×4 hall and the vibrant Vee Dub Volkswagen show hall. Talk about a 4×4 and VW enthusiast’s dream come true!
Long, Productive Day For The Pro Team
It was a marathon day for our pro-team at the 4×4 Expo, no doubt, but every minute was worth it. Getting out of our Stratford HQ and meeting so many of you face-to-face was a real highlight. The show was buzzing with energy, from the legendary 4×4 racer Jim Marsden and Gigglepin to our fantastic friends at APB Trading. It’s always a pleasure to connect with the heart of the 4×4 community.
So Much To See
We were thrilled to provide countless quotes for wheels and tyres, catering to everything from rugged 4x4s to stylish campervans and VW Transporters. Seeing the excitement as you planned your next adventures was truly infectious!
A major shoutout goes to the jaw-dropping Dirt Nationals stand that was at the 4×4 Expo! Those race trucks are seriously impressive, and the video wall showcasing the series’ high-octane action had us hooked. We’re definitely planning to catch some races this year, and we’re rooting for the Escape Goat Racing team – you’ve got our full support! You should definitely check out their YouTube channel.
Spotted Something Unique
We also took some time to explore the club stands on the balcony. It was great to see the LR4x4UK crew representing, and we loved catching up with our pals at Green Laning Lennie. Their guided green-laning and overlanding trips through stunning locations like Wales and Morocco sound absolutely incredible.
And let’s talk about Richard Hammond’s beach buggy from The Grand Tour’s Season 1 Namibia special! What a treat to see it up close, especially since it was parked right by our pro team’s VW Transporter stand in the Vee Dub Show. We couldn’t resist taking a good look at all the intricate details.
